The FiberScan™ is a highly accurate microwave sensor design to measure the consistency of the paper without disrupting the operations.

The system is based on a unique multi-patented microwave technology & algorithm, which allows precise consistency measurements of the paper stock thickness, up to 54mm (2,2” or 54,000gsm).

APPLICATION : After Press Section and/or First Dryer Section

SmartScan™ is the only contactless sensor in the market that can be installed either after the press section or in the first section of the dryers.
